Can I place an order?
Online checkout is not open yet. You can browse the collection, save favourites and contact FASHE through the website.
Where are orders sent from?
Items are sent directly by our fulfilment partners. An order may arrive in separate parcels.
How do I choose a size?
Check the measurements for the exact style and size. One size does not mean it fits everyone. If a size chart is missing, ask us before buying.
How will I request a return?
Open your private order page, select the items and send a request to FASHE. Wait for the return instructions before shipping anything.
Should I send a return to the address on the parcel?
No. Use only the address or label provided for your approved return request. Different items may need different return destinations.
Do I need Telegram?
No. Send a request on our Contact page and follow the reply on its private status page.
