Your privacy

When you send a support request, FASHE stores your name, email, message and replies in a Cloudflare database to handle the request. The support form does not subscribe you to marketing.

A private key protects access to your request. The FASHE team can view requests in the admin panel. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity documents in this form.

A hashed IP address and an expiring request counter help prevent spam. The catalogue uses cart cookies and visit analytics; analytics activity does not confirm a purchase.

Use the Contact page to request access to or deletion of your support data. Seller details and complete sales-related privacy terms will be published before sales open.
